• For a $12.00 fee, clients having a-la-carte services may have use of the above facilities.

What to Bring

During your visit to Baden-Baden Spa the clients who have the use of the facilities will need sandals and a swimsuit.
Terrycloth robes are supplied for your convenience.
Terrycloth robes are not supplied for the a-la-carte services, except for the full body massages.

Reservation Policy

To guarantee and confirm convenient times, advance reservations and appointments are required. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not have the full benefit of their scheduled time. There is a 25% fee for rescheduling. To hold a reservation we must have one of the following: valid credit card #, gift certificate #, fitness membership #, or hotel room #. All payments: Cash/Check/MC/Visa/Amex/Discover. Gift certificate purchases: credit cards or cash only. Unused services or meals part of a package are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your package, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total price.
For a-la-carte services: 24 hours -no charge.
Less than 24 hours - 25% charge.
